As the Dean of Research and Development, I am honored to lead this critical dimension of our institution.

Our research ethos is deeply rooted in the Buddhist philosophy of inquiry, mindfulness, and service to humanity. We aim to foster a culture of critical thinking and interdisciplinary exploration that addresses both contemporary challenges and timeless human questions. From peace studies, philosophy, and education to life sciences, law, pharmacy, and emerging technologies—our research ecosystem is expanding across domains with a clear focus on relevance and responsibility.

We have already initiated strong foundations through doctoral programs, research centers, and international collaborations. In the coming phases of development, our vision includes the establishment of Centers of Excellence, promotion of interdisciplinary research clusters, and enhanced access to grants, fellowships, and innovation labs.

As we progress toward becoming a globally recognized knowledge hub, we remain committed to academic integrity, social responsibility, and inclusive innovation.
